The equipment that assembles the sections of the Times Colonist into a single newspaper failed just after midnight today, causing major delays in the delivery of the Times Colonist throughout its circulation area.
The breakdown stopped the production of the newspaper until a specialist arrived to restore the machinery.
The end result was another late newspaper.
