Victoria police seized weapons, including knives and a cattleprod, along with night-vision binoculars and a "significant" amount of methamphetamines, after intercepting a Sunday morning break-in at a storage locker.
Police responded just after 7 a.m. to a report of an incident in progress at a multi-unit residential building on Harbour Road and located a suspect inside the locker.
The suspect was taken to police cells and later released with a court date and conditions. Charges are recommended for carrying a concealed weapon, breaking-and-entering and possession of break-in instruments.
