Car hits woman in Oak Bay crosswalk

A woman was taken to hospital with a serious leg injury this morning after being struck by a car while in the crosswalk at Foul Bay Road and Leighton Road. The incident occurred about 7:40 a.m. The driver has been charged with failing to yield.
