Bus passenger arrested after claiming to have gun, uttering threats

A passenger on a B.C. Transit bus was arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly claiming to have a gun and uttering threats, CHEK News reports. The incident took place about 5:30 p.m. on Quadra Street, close to the Crystal Pool.

A passenger on a B.C. Transit bus was arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly claiming to have a gun and uttering threats, CHEK News reports.

The incident took place about 5:30 p.m. on Quadra Street, close to the Crystal Pool. A portion of Quadra was closed by police.

Three buses were involved in the police investigation and a number of passengers were delayed.

No one was injured.
