Police arrested a man who refused to come out of a Carroll Street condominium for much of Wednesday.
Victoria police received a call about the man, who was breaching his probation by being in the residence, about 9:15 a.m. The Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team was brought in as a precaution.
A portion of the street was closed to traffic during the incident.
