Traffic was slowed on an exit to the Trans-Canada Highway in Saanich early Monday afternoon after a moving truck tipped against a concrete median.
The incident on the Admirals Road off-ramp caused minor delays, but traffic was able to pass the large truck.
The vehicle, which was being braced by a jack, sustained damage to its box, with items spilled into the area behind the median.
Saanich police said Monday’s windy conditions were being investigated as a possible contributing factor.
One of the three occupants of the truck was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
