Northbound traffic was shut down at West Shore Parkway and the Trans-Canada Highway Monday afternoon after a dump truck went off the road north of the parkway, just past Ice Cream Mountain.
West Shore RCMP issued an advisory about the situation at 1:50 p.m and the area was reopened by about 3:20 p.m.
Drive B.C. says to expect delays due to congestion.
