A driver going 100 kilometres an hour in Oak Bay was fined and had his vehicle impounded.
Oak Bay police said the 38-year-old was was clocked at 100 kilometres per hour in a 40 km/h zone on Beach Drive at Newport Avenue on Saturday.
He was fined $368 and had his vehicle impounded for seven days.
