Royal Roads University has closed its gardens after a bear and cougar were spotted on campus.
The university, located in Colwood, said it has called conservation officers and is warning dog owners to keep their animals on a leash.
People are advised to walk with other people, Royal Roads said Tuesday morning on social media.
Another cougar sighting on the campus was reported on Friday.
