Oceanside RCMP believe a Thursday morning fire in a Parksville was deliberately set.
The Parksville Fire Department responded about 6 a.m. to the blaze in a commercial building in the downtown area. The building was empty at the time.
Damage was extensive to both the interior and exterior, police said.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone with information or who has dash-cam footage or other video.
