Saanich police closed the the 4700-block of Cordova Bay Road following a motor vehicle incident involving a cyclist on Sunday morning.
Police were alerted of the collision about 8:15 a.m. and closed Cordova Bay Road between Galey Way and Royal Oak Drive.
The B.C. Transit Route 32 bus was diverted around the scene of the collision while police conducted their investigation.
The road reopened early in the afternoon.
Police are looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has dash-cam footage leading up to or capturing it.
