The body of a man was found near the Lochside Regional Trail in Saanich on Thursday. The man’s body was found near the pedestrian and cycling trail in the area of Quadra Street and McKenzie Avenue.
Saanich police detectives and the B.C. Coroners Service are working to identify the deceased man and determine the cause of death, said Det.-Sgt. Damian Kowalewich. Police have said there’s no risk to the public related to the case.
