It's an annual tradition in Victoria - the September long weekend offers one last chance to enjoy festivals around town before the kids go back to school and adults start planning their next vacation. This year was no exception, with events ranging from Greek Fest and the Victoria Classic Boat Festival to the Vancouver Island Blues Bash and the granddaddy of local festivals, the 145th annual Saanich Fair.
