Is this Tudor manor in the English countryside? Nope, it's at UBC (PHOTOS)

Is that a painted toilet?

No, that's not a neighbour of the Crawleys, it's a house on the very edge of Vancouver's University Endowment Lands.

This $18.88 million home is located at the very northernmost part of UBC's residential neighbourhood, with a large, fairly private estate.

The English touch isn't just on the outside, though, as the nearly 70-year-old house has plenty of nods to Britain on the inside, perhaps none so much as the office, with dark wood panelling giving it an 18th century London vibe (one of the fireplaces is a close second).

It's not all Tudor-style and Tudor-era though, thanks to the very modern kitchen and entertainment spaces. There's also the very Vancouver views, which look out towards the North Shore Mountains, Burrard Inlet, and Salish Sea.

Speaking of outside, the deck and yard appear to offer a pretty decent escape from the city, with space to entertain and lots of foliage.
