ArtSea Community Arts Council: Salish Sea Lantern Festival is held Aug. 24 on the waterfront in Sidney. Volunteers are needed to help with set up/take down, site co-ordinator and parade procession assistants, equipment stage crew, face painters and bubble station operators.
