Kevin: Week 2 done!

Well week no.2 is over [praise the lord]. I've gained a new respect for hot baths and hot showers. And low and behold I've gained 3 flipping @#$%@#&% pounds.

I'm pretty sure that was NOT in the program that I sighed up for, HA!HA!

Anyways it turns out muscle weighs more then that " ice cream " laden stuff I'm packing around go figure eh! But good thing is I've been tightening up my belt an extra notch to keep my pants up. So it looks like two week point for me is the crest of the first hill of my journey.

I've noticed a huge difference in my stamina and my recovery time and my lower back injury is getting stronger with every session. I owe "Freddy Kruger" [James] a lot this guy is definitely whipping me into shape. But don't tell him that it will just give him more ammo to torture me with as he smiles at me.

I'm heading out to start week no. 3 ......{ pray for me}.
