Health Canada is recalling pot produced by a B.C. company and sold in provincial government cannabis stores.

The federal agency said the recall involves one lot of Bud Coast Saltspring OG Shark dried cannabis, which was sold through the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch’s cannabis stores.

Joint Venture Craft Cannabis Inc. has received two complaints related to powdery mildew on the product, and Health Canada has not received any complaints related to the recalled lot.

Neither Health Canada nor Joint Venture Craft Cannabis Inc. has received reports of any adverse reactions for the recalled product.

Health Canada said 1,071 units of the product were sold between Sept. 22 and Oct. 7.

The units were sold in 3.5-gram portions and packaged Sept. 22 with lot number CC22Sep2021.001

Consumers can return the product to the retailer where the product was purchased, or dispose of it.
