The Garden City Electronic Music Society has moved the majority of its Wonderment festival online for its busy fifth edition, with a variety of events on tap through Monday.

Live electronic artists from Berlin, Seattle, Nunavut, Edmonton and Winnipeg will join performers from Victoria and around the province at online and offline events this year.

Adham Shaikh, Samuel Rohrer, Matthew Cardinal and Righteous Rainbows of Togetherness are among the notable acts appearing at the multi-disciplinary festival, which had used multiple indoor venues during previous editions.

According to organizers, some in-person events produced under provincial health guidelines will be available to pre-registered patrons, though most of Wonderment’s live programming is being offered online this year.

More details will be revealed on the day of each event, as the locations are being kept private to reduce over-crowding. To learn more, visit gcems.ca.
