It is being presented as one of the lengthiest tours in Canadian history — and it’s coming to Vancouver Island for six shows next year.
Love Someone: An Intimate Evening With Johnny Reid gets underway Feb. 10 in London, Ont., the first of more than 100 dates on Reid’s itinerary in 2022. The tour will wind its way west before stopping on Vancouver Island in May.
Reid is scheduled to perform May 7-8 in Sidney at the Mary Winspear Centre, May 9 in Duncan at the Cowichan Theatre, May 11 in Nanaimo at the Port Theatre, May 12 in Victoria at the McPherson Playhouse, and May 14 in Courtenay at the Sid Williams Theatre.
The tour by the multiple Juno Award winner is in support of his 11th studio album, Love Someone, which arrived in October. To date, Reid has sold more than 1.5 million records and performed before over one million fans.
