This provides clients the opportunity to go through documents with the advisor’s guidance. Clients can talk through the various options and have all their questions answered immediately.
After the renewal is submitted online, clients receive documents and decals in the mail, usually within a week.
For those who realize that their insurance will run out the next day, Westland Insurance provides same-day coverage online, as well as in-office.
As well as being able to get personalized online assistance for car insurance renewal, Westland’s new online service also allows clients to get new licence plates, as well as file for transfer of ownership.
