Island businesses are handling the COVID-19 outbreak in variety of ways. Some are remaining open, many are closing, some have scaled backed hours, some are trying to continue operating through online transactions. There's a campaign suggesting that customers buy gift cards from their favourite businesses to help them with cash flow.
