Pizza for brunch? Yes, please. Mount Pleasant’s Sprezzatura opened earlier this year, and they’ve got a weekend brunch on offer Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. On the menu are — of course! — a couple of pizza offerings, which are both served with an egg on top. They’ve also got dishes like a frittata, baked goods and an assortment of salads on the brunch menu.

Kitsilano taco shop Cantina Pana is launching a brand new brunch service starting Nov. 23. Served up Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., they’ll be dishing up some fun Mexican-inspired brunch dishes, including a riff on chicken and waffles starring — what else? — churros. There are an assortment of breakfast bowls, a breakfast burrito and more to spice up your brunch routine.

Recently Ladurée Vancouver launched a new weekend brunch service, and the menu offers yet another way to enjoy a little bit of stolen Parisian time without leaving Vancouver. Bonus: It includes champagne cocktails and giant macarons, for a little weekend ooh-la-la. Offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, “Le Brunch” menu at Ladurée is essentially split into three categories: Cocktails and mocktails, brunch dishes, and sweet treats.

West End Cajun-style seafood boil spot The Holy Crab’s first-ever brunch menu will showcase Pacific Northwest cuisine prepared with a distinct Louisiana flair. They will kick off brunch service starting Nov. 30, and it will be available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Look for dishes like a Blackened Catfish Eggs Benny with a spicy Hollandaise, a Mix-and-Match Toast Board, Southern-Fried Chicken and Pancakes, and classic brunch cocktails like mimosas and caesars.

The award-winning restaurant inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim recently launched their new Brunch Punch menu. For $62 you can slide into their peaches-and-dreams upper-floor greenery-draped dining room, be handed a glass of bubbly, then sit down to enjoy two course of elegant eats with a delicious boozy (or non-boozy) punch cocktail. We suggest their signature Hand-Cut Beef Tartare for a starter, and either a Benny or the pancakes for your main. Cheers!
