The NDP burger took a bit of a dip in the second week of Burger Heaven’s bun-official burger poll – but regained some ground after a visit from NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh.

As of Monday morning, The Singh (NDP) Burger held the lead with 30 per cent (compared to 33 per cent in Week 1), followed by: Trudeau (Liberal) Burger with 22 per cent (the same as week 1); the May (Green) Burger with 23 per cent (up from 21.5 per cent); the Sheer (Conservative) Burger with 12 per cent (the same); the Blanchet (Bloc Quebecois) Burger with two per cent (same); the Bernier (People’s Party) Burger with two per cent (same); and the Bun-decided with nine per cent (up 1.5 per cent).

After Burger Heaven released its Week 2 poll results, Singh, New Westminster-Burnaby MP Peter Julian and a group of about 30 supporters popped in to the local restaurant on Thanksgiving Day. Following that visit, the Singh Burger had surged to a 35 per cent lead. The Trudeau Burger and May burgers had dropped to 21 per cent each and the Conservative Burger had dropped to 11 per cent.
