There are still many battles to be fought in the CFL before season’s end, but we already know that at least one North Shore athlete will hit the field at the Grey Cup.

West Vancouver’s Demetri Patterson will represent Rockridge Secondary as a member of the 2019 All-Canadian Titan team in Calgary for the 107th Grey Cup, where he will have the opportunity to meet and train with CFL players alongside other high school athletes from across the country. The Titan program is part of the Nissan Kickoff Project, which aims to showcase high school-level players who excel on and off the field.

Patterson has been awarded the Rockridge Secondary Prestige Award for excelling in academics, athletics, citizenship and leadership in each of the past two years.
