Tuk Caldwell, a retired art teacher from Terry Fox secondary in Port Coquitlam, will have four original framed pieces as well as number of smaller, unframed works at this weekend's 45th annual Port Moody Art Association show - the largest art club sale in the Tri-Cities.

The Fijian native is one of the association's most veteran members and has displayed his pen and wash drawings of predominantly fish and mountains at all but one of the group's yearly exhibits.

More than 300 "HST-free" paintings and prints by 59 PMAA members are up for grabs, and attendees can enter the People's Choice contest to win an art work, said spokesperson Nikki Bryce.

Doors open on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Port Moody recreation complex (300 Ioco Rd.) with an official welcome by Mayor Mike Clay at 8 p.m. The event continues on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with many artists on hand.

Admission and parking are free. Visitwww.portmoodyartassociation.com.
