A six-storey, 22-unit condo building has been proposed for two single-family lots at 526 and 528 West 37th Ave. near Queen Elizabeth Park.

The rezoning application, submitted by GUD Group, calls for a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.53.

It's just the latest in a string of applications, which have been filed recently, that the City of Vancouver is considering under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

GUD Group's rezoning application for the West 37th Avenue project includes 24 underground parking spaces and 47 bicycle spots. An open house runs from 5 to 7 p.m. at Phoenix Gymnastics runs, Sept 17.
