Two of Richmond’s spray parks have reopened, just in time for the weekend.

King George and Burkville spray parks, after the city announced over social media that the parks – along with Steveston spray park – were going offline for maintenance and painting earlier this week.

Steveston spray park remains temporarily closed for maintenance.

Last week, the city announced it would be reopening the spray parks as of July 4. In that announcement, the city said the parks would be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. until dusk, depending on weather.

While registration is not required at the parks, the city says physical distancing must be followed.
