Artistic Gymnastics is a set of disciplines for both boys and girls that require strength, power, flexibility and courage from its athletes. It is the ultimate movement experience that serves as an invaluable foundation for other sports.

In line with the Vision, Mission and Values of Vancouver Phoenix Gymnastics, the main objective of the Phoenix Competitive Programs is for athletes to reach top rankings provincially, nationally and internationally. Our highly qualifiedcoaches work with athletes to help them attain success and coach them to meet their projected potential, whatever their level.

Phoenix athletes have won a number of Provincial and National Titles and we have members on the Canadian and New Zealand National Teams. Phoenixhad representation at the 2012 Olympic Games and will have one team member on the 2017 World Championships Team in Montreal. We are incredibly proud of our athletes and coaches who have attained this level of excellence.

In addition to our Team programs, we aim to provide the highest caliber of recreational gymnastics programs to a large segment of the community, developing an awareness and appreciation of gymnastics at the grass roots level.
