Letters: Railway Greenway flowers not for picking, mopeds stay off

Dear Editor,

I have enjoyed the greenway along  Railway Avenue since it was built. However, I would like to bring to your attention two observations regarding what is happening now and urge the city to post signs regarding the following.

In the last two weeks, I have seen mopeds on one occasion and a larger motorcycle driving down the walkway a week later when I do believe these vehicles belong on the street!

Secondly, the city plants wild flowers for all to enjoy, but some people have decided those flowers are not for our viewing but rather to be picked for their own enjoyment.

I would like you to pass this on to city officials or post it so that people correct their behaviour.
