Dear Editor,
I am a parent of an elementary school-aged child in the Richmond public school system and we just want to say a very big thank you to all of the district staff who have been working so hard to plan and prepare a safe and healthy school environment.
We feel so lucky that everyone in our school system has tried so hard to allow us to return to school again in these complex times.
I know it has not been easy and that everyone is working so hard to try to do everything they can to ensure a safe and healthy school year, and we are so grateful for this.
No words can truly express how thankful we are for all of your extremely hard work.
