An earlier vehicle crash on southbound Highway 99 near the Blundell overpass in Richmond has been cleared.
Traffic is closely easing on Highway 99 as well a Highway 91.
There is still heavy volume entering Richmond at Alderbridge Way and Shell Road.

Motorists travelling southbound on Highway 99 should expect delays or find an alternative route on Thursday afternoon.
According to a Twitter post, a vehicle crash on Highway 99 has the left southbound lane blocked just before the Blundell overpass in Richmond.
Traffic is backed up to No. 5 Road as well as onto the Highway 99 southbound on-ramp from Highway 91.
Crews are on scene.
