The Richmond Jets Pee Wee A4 hockey team, along with parents and siblings, took time out of their hockey and family schedules this week to volunteer at the community meal at Church on Five.
It was to see the city’s young players giving back to and engaging with their community.
The hockey experience provides so many life lessons in teamwork, leadership, work ethic, commitment and respect. Terrific to round all this out with a rewarding volunteer experience.
