Coast Hotels are a collection of unique hotels that have strong connections to the communities in which they are nestled, and reflect the character of the area in which they’re located.

Coast Tsawwassen Inn is no exception. With its refreshingly local charm, it serves as a hub for community events, family gatherings and business meetings.

Exciting changes are happening at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn located on 56th Street in Delta where construction activities are ongoing.

The extensive modernization project will be completed in phases over the course of the next year. The project started in June 2019 and is expected to be completed by spring 2021.

Reflecting a palette of blues and greys reminiscent of water and sand, the Coast Tsawwassen Inn all-suite hotel will have a beachy, seaside vibe and manifest the nearby beaches, Boundary Bay, and surrounding region. There will be plenty of local art and photography to enhance the West Coast feeling.

Modern conveniences will include USB chargers at every bedside table, in the lobby and breakfast area, the ability to cast from mobile devices to the in-suite televisions, and robust high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity. Designated EV charging stations are already operating in the parkade.

“We are inherently reducing our carbon footprint by reducing our energy consumption through the improvements we are making,” says Emma McDonald, general manager, Coast Tsawwassen Inn. “There will be new double-glazed windows for sound proofing and conserving energy, LED lights, automatic key card activated light shut offs, new thermal insulation of the parkade, low flow faucets, showers and toilets, and EV charging stations.”

The modern lobby with exterior courtyard is now open, featuring a new front desk, gas fireplace with lounge seating and working desks. The breakfast bar, which is currently closed due to the public health authority pandemic response, has banquet seating with a live edge social table as its centerpiece.

And, that’s not all.

The expanded fitness centre, which is now open, features new, state-of-the-art equipment, including a cardio and weight-training section that opens onto the courtyard so guests can enjoy fresh air while exercising or stretching.

Whether you’re travelling to Tsawwassen or planning a staycation, Coast Tsawwassen Inn is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the best of what the community has to offer. You can book your next stay online at www.tsawwasseninn.com.
