Why are there homeowners who feel the need to water their lawns to make them look like golf greens?
Nature has an incredible way and capability of feeding itself, including grass using the natural moisture and condensation. In addition, why promote grass growth which results in annoying noisy and polluting cutting.
Water is already a scarce commodity in many parts throughout the world. For sure the perpetrators will naively say, “Yes but Canada is large, it has a lot of snow mountains and it rains a lot.”
There will always be people who are incapable of knowing what is right and good for society and as a result we need to force them to behave accordingly.
How long will it take Delta to enforce water meters on all?
