South Delta service clubs showed their support for health care workers Wednesday evening with a vehicle parade around Delta Hospital.
Kim Carswell, president of the Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club, said it was a great turnout as 45 cars and two fire trucks took part in the procession that started precisely at 7 p.m.
In addition to the Lions, the parade included members from the Rotary Club of Tsawwassen, the Rotary Club of Ladner, the Kinsmen Club of Ladner Tsawwassen, and the TOOBs.
The on-duty crew from the Ladner fire hall led the parade.
