Why is it permitted for people to replace factory-installed mufflers with noisy mufflers without getting penalized?
It is the responsibility of any elected government to ensure that law-abiding citizens are being protected from the actions of stupid, naïve, uncaring members in our society.
People who terrorize our community with loud mufflers need to be put in place by the law and they need to be told that loud mufflers are definitely not cool.
Most European countries give out hefty fines and impound cars with loud mufflers.
