I was offended by this cartoon, especially by the use of youth delivering this message. Do you actually realize the implications you are sending to everyone?
There are many good, courageous police officers out there who are indignant when painted by the same brush as those betraying the code of ethics they swore to uphold.
Yes, there needs to be changes: lobbying government, political officials, peace marches, etc., letting others know these atrocities committed by a few will not be tolerated.
Change will not come about by portraying (racist?) cartoons against our police. Perhaps you need a refresher course on what the DPD is all about.
