Memo to the young people (middle schoolers?) who were in the northeast corner of Rocky Point Park this past Wednesday, June12:
For the most part, you were well behaved, if you don't count the girls going into hysterics anytime a goose came near them and, after being repeatedly told by a teacher not to feed the geese continued to do so.
And don't worry, we cleaned up the mess you left. I guess being so far away from the big, blue garbage can (maybe a metre), you couldn't possibly be expected to pick up the cups and leftover junk food you left on the ground.
Perhaps whatever school it is you attend might want to include a lesson in responsibility and good manners in next year's curriculum.
