If this feeling of peace eludes you, why not try meditation? The Gallery at Queen's Park has meditation sessions every Sunday morning.

Do you struggle to find a sense of calm and connectedness in this fast-paced and distracted world?

The Gallery at Queen’s Park hosts Meditation at the Gallery sessions on Sunday mornings, running from 8 to 9 a.m.

They’re led by Lyn Sakari, a New West resident and certified meditation instructor whose teachings are rooted in the wisdom of Buddhist, scientific, contemplative and secular practices.

Her sessions are open to everyone, seasoned practitioners and newcomers alike.

The sessions are by donation, with a suggested donation of $10, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Spaces can be reserved online through www.eventbrite.com (search for Meditation at the Gallery, Queen’s Park, or use a direct link at www.tinyurl.com/MeditationQP2019).
