Downtown New West BIA seeks input

BIA Mural Columbia Street
The Downtown New West BIA, which funded this new mural project as party of its #togethernewwest campaign, is inviting residents to complete a survey that will help local businesses better serve customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Downtown New West BIA is giving residents a chance to have a say in how businesses can best serve their needs.

The business improvement association is hoping to gather as many responses possible on a newly launched survey.

“We’re launching a consumer survey to gather feedback regarding how people’s habits in terms of shopping, dining, using services, etc. have changed and/or might change as we move through the phases of the pandemic,” said executive director Kendra Johnston in an email to the Record. “We are facilitating this survey but will be sharing the data collected with all New West business organizations in an effort to help every business make decisions about how and when to make changes to serve consumers better.”

Anyone wanting to complete the survey can find the link on the BIA’s website www.downtownnewwest.ca.
