MV Island Aurora will be in service on the Powell River/Texada Island route on Monday, September 28.
According to BC Ferries, the island-class vessel will depart Blubber Bay (Texada) at 6 am en route to Westview Terminal.
The regular ship for the route, Island Discovery, was replaced on the route last week due to a mechanical difficulty.
Salish Eagle operated on a revised schedule between Comox, Powell River and Texada when Island Discovery was first removed from service.
