SUFFERFEST II 2020:

Even during these challenging pandemic times, participants were eager to participate in another year of suffering while riding their bikes up School Road as fast as they could in time trial heats.

Even during these challenging pandemic times, participants were eager to participate in another year of suffering while riding their bikes up School Road as fast as they could in time trial heats. Twenty-one riders in three categories (Men’s Open, Women’s Open and E-Bike) came out to suffer while fans lined the sidewalks cheering them on. This year’s event drew pro mountain biker Ryan Leech who recently moved to Gibsons and e-bike advocate Bjorn Enga of Kranked Bikes, also from Gibsons.
