I’d like to offer my belated acknowledgement of the influence that Columbia National Investments had on the evolution of a Sunshine Coast look for development projects.
CNI’s plans for a community up beside the SCRD water intake seemed ambitious at the time, but so many subsequent proposals that began with different designs ended up adopting the bold clean lines and uncluttered layout of the finished CNI resort municipality that I no longer need to travel very far to bask in the radiant aesthetic.
