Back in June, after all our upcoming Playhouse events were cancelled or postponed, we reached out to the community to ask for help. The Sunshine Coast Community Foundation quickly stepped forward with a $5,000 grant from its COVID-19 Relief Fund, and then our members, our audience and many Sunshine Coasters showed us how much they value the Heritage Playhouse. Their generous donations have surpassed all our expectations, and strengthened our commitment to overcome this significant setback.

We are now happy to announce that the Heritage Playhouse will reopen on Sept. 17 when Brothers in Farms will bring their show “Local Love” to a small crowd in a safe way.

Watch our website heritageplayhouse.com for news of the next steps in our journey back, made possible by you, the community. We offer our sincere thanks to all of you for your amazing generosity and support.
