They’ve signed the 19-year-old Maryland native and Quinnipiac University recruit for the 2020-21 B.C. Hockey League season.
Tait, who stands six-foot-one and weighs 198 points, averaged nearly a point per game with 17 goals and 17 assisted in 35 games last season as a forward for the New Jersey Hitmen of the National Collegiate Development Conference. In 115 regular season games over three seasons with the Hitmen he totaled 37 goals and 85 points.
“He is a big, strong, and intelligent player with a great work ethic that plays hard at both ends of the rink,” says Kings head coach Alex Evin. “Connor has proven to contribute offensively over the past few years and we hope he can add to our offense next season.”
