Chase Pagett will be bringing his popular one-man play to Sunset Theatre in Wells on Sept. 19 and 20.

The show, 6 Guitars, was written by Pagett and Jay Hopkins, and features a mix of music, comedy and characters.

Pagett plays six different guitarists, each who represents their own style of music. As each of the characters, from a young rock prodigy to a weary blues musician, Pagett shares humourous anecdotes and stories about how music shaped their lives, as well as performs songs from each genre.

6 Guitars premiered at the 2010 Orlando International Fringe Festival where it won several awards including Best Solo Performer, Best Male Actor and Best Musician. Since then, Pagett has performed the show more than 300 times at various fringe festivals and has won awards like the B.C. Touring Council Award.
