Buildings are taking shape at the $138-million mixed-use Marigold Lands Ltd. development in Central Saanich at 7874 Lochside Dr. The property was once Marigold Nursery, owned by the Smith family for 53 years.
Condominiums, duplexes, townhouses and a small commercial area are going up, with the potential for up to 250 units. The first phase will consist of 38 condo units in five-storey, wood-frame building, plus eight townhomes and eight duplexes.
