Commercial real estate firm Devencore Realty Victoria has been acquired by Toronto-based Avison Young and will take on the new company name effective immediately.
“It’s exciting to offer our clients a more complete platform with a company that shares our same values,” said Amanda Neal, senior vice-president of Avison Young in Victoria. “Combining the expertise of the Victoria and Vancouver offices allows us to further enhance our service offering in the changing landscape of the Victoria commercial real estate market.”
The parent firm sees the acquisition as an opportunity to bring together the Victoria and Vancouver offices, establishing a 123-person team in B.C.
