Another building rising in Langford's Belmont community

The 22-acre community will have 520 condo and rental units built when complete. The first two phases are finished and sold and phase three is under construction and 96% sold. The master-plan community also includes 160,000 square feet of commercial space, developed by Crombie REIT, including the 53,000-square foot Thrifty Foods currently operating on the site.
