The murder trial of a man accused of shooting a Langford mother last year has been scheduled for August.
Anthony Dheensaw is charged with the second-degree murder of Angela Dalman on March 6, 2020 and the attempted murder of Derrick Oke.
The jury trial is scheduled to begin Aug. 2 and continue for five weeks in B.C. Supreme Court.
At the time of Dalman’s killing, West Shore RCMP said a disturbance broke out at a gathering on Arncote Avenue near Peatt Road. When officers arrived, they found Dalman had been shot. She died of her injuries hours later. She is survived by a teenage son. — Times Colonist
